1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Apex Circuit Tickets Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms in full.
We are an authorised reseller of admission tickets and hospitality experiences for the Singapore Grand Prix. We are not the event organiser or promoter.
2. Order requests and pricing
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices shown on the website are indicative; the final amount is confirmed on your invoice.
The website does not process online payments. When you submit an order request, our team confirms availability and issues an invoice with payment instructions. An order is confirmed only once the invoice is paid in full. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any request affected by an obvious pricing error or lack of availability.
3. Tickets and admission
Tickets are issued subject to the terms of the event organiser and circuit operator. Admission may be refused for breaches of ground regulations.
Each ticket admits one person for the days stated. Grandstand tickets are seated by zone; specific seat allocation, where offered, is confirmed on the ticket.
4. Liability
Motorsport is dangerous. You attend the event at your own risk and must comply with all safety instructions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the tickets purchased.
