1. No online payment
The website does not accept online payments. We do not process credit or debit card payments, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or any other online checkout on the site. Every order is personally confirmed by our team before any payment is due.
2. How ordering and payment work
You submit an order request through the website form, WhatsApp, or email. Our team confirms availability and sends you an invoice with clear payment instructions. Your order is confirmed once the invoice is paid, and tickets are delivered according to the agreed delivery method.
3. Currency and conversion
Invoices are issued in Euro (€) unless otherwise agreed. If you pay in another currency, your bank sets the final exchange rate and may apply fees.
