Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because tickets grant access to a scheduled live event, orders are generally non-refundable once confirmed. Please review your selection carefully before settling your invoice.

If the event is cancelled in full and not rescheduled, you will be entitled to a refund of the ticket face value in line with the organiser's policy. Service fees may be non-refundable.

If a session or day is cancelled after track action has begun, refunds are at the organiser's discretion and are typically not provided.

Optional ticket protection, where offered on your invoice, may allow you to recover costs in certain circumstances such as illness or travel disruption, subject to the provider's terms.
